Use this page to request deletion of your personal data from Car Crash Lawyer AI while keeping your account active. Your login credentials will be preserved so you can continue using the service.

Retention Notice: Under UK law, certain legal documentation relating to road traffic incidents may be retained for up to 7 years for compliance purposes. All other personal data is deleted immediately. You will be notified of any retained data in your confirmation email.

How to request data deletion

  1. Enter your Car Crash Lawyer AI email address below
  2. Enter your password to verify your identity
  3. Tick the confirmation box and click Delete My Data
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
Your account will remain active after this request.
GDPR Rights: Under UK GDPR (Article 17), you have the right to request erasure of your personal data.
